Instructions for the use of Tabex: method and dosage

Tabex tablets should be taken orally: swallow whole and drink them with a sufficient amount of liquid.

In the first three days, 1 tablet is prescribed 6 times a day at 2-hour intervals with a gradual reduction in the number of smoked cigarettes. The tablets should be taken between episodes of smoking in order to lengthen the interval between smoking cigarettes and to reduce their number as much as possible. The intervals of 2 hours should be strictly observed.

If during this period it is not possible to reduce the daily consumption of cigarettes, the treatment should be interrupted for 2-3 months, and then start again.

In the case of a good effect during the first three days, treatment is continued according to the following scheme:

• days 4-12: 1 tab. 5 times a day at intervals of 2.5 hours;
• days 13-16: 1 tab. 4 times a day at intervals of 3 hours;
• days 17-20: 1 tab. 3 times a day at intervals of 5 hours;
