Explanatory note

Explanatory note on the work program on the discipline "Physical Culture for Special Medical Groups" specialty 050709 "Teaching in primary classes", and 050303 "Foreign language" elevated level secondary vocational education.

The program is drawn up in compiled in accordance with government requirements for the minimum content and level of training of graduates in the specialty 050709 "Teaching in primary classes", and 050303 "Foreign language" (elevated) of secondary vocational education.

Rational exercise classes in combination with the solid day of the day serve as a reliable preventive tool against many diseases and especially against cardiovascular.

Muscular work contributes to the mobilization of the vital properties of the body - endurance, strength, flexibility, speed, as well as the upbringing of the volitional qualities necessary to overcome the physical, emotional and mental stresses, with which the creative, high-performance work is connected.

An alternation of physical exercise practices with mental labor provides fast recovery performance. This is especially important for students of a special medical group (SMG), since they have an increased fatigue of the body, weakened by various diseases.

According to the provision on medical control over the physical education of the population and in order to differentiated approach to the organization of physical culture lessons, all students are distributed as a state of health into three groups: the main, preparatory and special medical. "Classes in these groups are distinguished by curriculum, the volume and structure of physical exertion, as well as the requirements for the level of learning material."

The main group includes students without deviations in a state of health (or with insignificant deviations), which have sufficient physical fitness. As the main educational material in this group, the obligatory types of classes should be used (according to the curriculum) in full, as well as the delivery of control standards with differentiated credentials, classes in the sports section and participation in competitions are recommended.

The preparatory medical group includes students who have minor deviations in health, insufficient physical development and physical fitness. Related to this group are permitted: classes on educational programs in physical culture, subject to the gradual development of the complex of motor skills and skills, especially related to the presentation of increased requirements; Additional classes to increase the level of physical development by deflection in a state of health state of a permanent or temporary nature, requiring a significant limitation of physical exertion defined by the curriculum. They should be engaged in specially developed curriculum in physical culture. Systematic exercise activities related to SMG are particularly necessary.

Students with significant impairments in a state of health that prevent group classes are sent to classes in the group of therapeutic physical culture in medical and preventive institutions or special premises or sites that meet all hygiene requirements (having good ventilation, sufficient illumination, clean, dust and wind and wind ), equipped with special equipment.

With the aim of a more differentiated approach to the appointment of motor modes of students belonging to SMG in the severity and nature of diseases, it is recommended to divide into two subgroups A and B.

The subgroup A includes students who have deviations in a state of reversible health, weakened due to various diseases.

The subgroup B includes students with organic, irreversible changes in organs and systems (lesions of cardiovascular, urinary systems, liver, high degree Violations of vision correction with the change in the eye dna, etc.).

Decision on the subgroups is the factor that determines the mode of classes. At the same time, the most affordable selection criterion for the corresponding load serves as a pulse mode.

The main tasks of the physical education of students attributed to SMG are:

Health promotion, improvement of physical development, hardening the body;

Expanding the range of functionality of the basic physiological systems of the body responsible for its energy supply;

Increase the protective forces of the body and its resistance;

The formation of the main motor skills and the qualities necessary for the development of the future specialty;

Education of moral and volitional qualities and interest in regular independent practices in physical culture;

Clarification of the values, principles of hygiene, the correct mode of labor and recreation, rational nutrition (which is especially important for excessive weight);

The formation of proper posture and, if necessary, its correction;

Training in the right movements.

The organization and conduct of classes with students of the Special Medical Group have its own specific features:

Here are students from different groups, different ages and gender, suffering from various ailments and psychologically not ready for physical culture.

To ensure proper control over the physical education of weakened students, it is necessary to clearly interact in the management of education, health care and medical institutions.

The acquisition of SMG for the upcoming academic year should be carried out on the basis of the health status, indicators of physical fitness and functional research and the degree of expression of the pathological process (until June 1) according to the medical examination, held in April - May of the current year.

Working programm

in physical culture

Class: Special Medical Group 1-11 Classes

Teacher: Chumanova EK

Planning is based on"Physical Culture 1 - 11 Classes: Programs for students of a special medical group of general education institutions / Avt. - Cost. A. P. Matveyev, T. V. Petrova, L. V. Kaverkin. - M.: Drop, 2012."

Explanatory note

The problem of preserving and improving health becomes more and more acute and the leading role in solving this problem belongs to physical culture - the most important element of a healthy lifestyle. In accordance with the priority directions of state policy and national projects aimed at improving the health of the nation and the formation of a healthy lifestyle, the role of improving the process of physical education in educational institutions, creating conditions that contribute to the preservation and strengthening of physical and mental health with the means of physical culture and sports, formation Physical culture of personality taking into account its individual abilities, health and motivation states. The health oriented orientation of physical education requires compulsory medical control of physical culture and sports faces, paying special attention to students attributed to a special group. One of the reasons for the deterioration in the health of the younger generation is that with the admission to school, the motor activity falls by 50% among younger students (compared with preschoolers) and 75% from senior schoolchildren, students, and this leads to the development of hypodynamics. And hypodynamia reduces the functionality of the growing organism. Our students are not enough in the fresh air (norm 3-3.5 hours), in many schools there is a ventilation mode, natural and artificial lighting is underestimated, there is no hot nutrition. All this entails a number of deviations in health children's body both functional and organic nature (neurosis, violation of the cardiovascular system, musculoskeletal system, allergic conditions, visual impairment, metabolism, etc.). The beneficial effect of physical exercises on the development of external respiration is very important. Respiratory volumes are 20-30% higher in children who are systematically engaged in physical education than schoolchildren with hypodynamines. Thanks to systematic exercise classes, adaptive heart changes are developing due to a small increase in the volume, increasing the tone and thickening of muscle fibers of the heart, the so-called moderate myocardial hypertrophy, which increases the level and efficiency of the functioning of the cardio-respiratory system. In addition, for a child suffering from hypodynamines, the degree of risk of injury is significantly increasing, because They are poorly owned by their body in motion, have poor coordination of movements in space. Based on the foregoing, it is clear that the fight against hypodynailes, systematic activities of physical culture, open reserves of preventing children's injuries by targeted children's learning necessary and special motor skills, as well as the introduction of rational physical exertion, starting from early age. In order to differentiated approach to the organization of physical culture lessons, all students of educational institutions are divided into three groups: the main, preparatory and special medical. Classes in these groups are characterized by curriculum, volume and structure of physical exertion, as well as the requirements for the level of development of the educational material. TOspecial Medical Group (SMG) includes students with significant deviations in the health state of a permanent or temporary nature, requiring a significant limitation of physical exertion defined by the curriculum (10-15% of the total number of students). They are engaged in specially developed programs in physical culture. CMG related to SMG are exempt from participation in competitions, from passing standards, they need constant exercise classes. The subgroup "A" includes students who have deviations in the state of reversible health, which, after therapeutic and recreational activities, can be translated into the preparatory group. This work program is drawn up for SMG subgroup "A".

Tasks of physical education of students related

to a special medical group.

The main tasks of the physical education of students attributed for health to SMG are:

  • health promotion, liquidation or persistent compensation of disorders caused by the disease;
  • improving physical development indicators;
  • development of vital motor skills, skills and qualities;
  • the gradual adaptation of the body to the effects of physical exertion, the expansion of the range of functionality of physiological systems of the body;
  • improving physical and mental performance;
  • hardening and increasing the resistance of the body's protective forces;
  • formation of volitional qualities of personality and interest in regular physical education classes;
  • upbringing conscious and active attitudes to the value of health and healthy lifestyle;
  • mastering exercise complexes, beneficially affecting the state of the body of the student, taking into account its illness;
  • teaching the rules of the selection, implementation and independent formation of a complex of exercises of the morning gymnastics, taking into account the recommendations of the doctor and the teacher;
  • compliance with the rules of personal hygiene, the rational regime of labor and recreation, full and rational nutrition

Organizational and methodological guide to the physical education of students with various disabilities in health.

Classes for SMG require special training and organization. All children in such a group are children from different classes, different ages, sex suffering from various diseases and psychologically not ready for physical education. Creation of SMG is carried out by a doctor (paramedic) with the obligatory participation of physical education teacher. SCM Schedule is approved by the order of the director. Classes should be carried out on a special schedule 3 times a week to 40 minutes. The occupation is conducted by physical education teacher, which has special training. The recruitment of SMG in front of the new school year is carried out taking into account the age, diagnosis, indicators of physical fitness, the functional state and the severity of the pathological process.

Usually, students are combined into groups by the nature of the disease:

  • with diseases internal organs, cardiovascular system, respiratory, digestive and endocrine systems;
  • with violation of the organs of vision and functional disorders nervous system;
  • with impaired function of the musculoskeletal system, the effects of injuries and damage, diseases of the joints, congenital defects of the musculoskeletal system, organic diseases nervous system.

The following age groups are allocated, regardless of the disease:

from 7 to 10 years - younger;

from 11 to 13 leaf - average;

from 14 and older - the eldest;

This program we are talking about classes with children of different ages, with various diseases, but engaged in one schedule, in one group. Pricing Group 8 people.

Requirements for the training level of students in SMG,

We have mastered the full course of the program.

As a result of the development of a full course of physical culture, the student should: Know / understand:

The role of physical culture and sports in the formation of a healthy lifestyle, organization of active recreation and prevention of bad habits;

Elementary bases for the formation of motor actions and the development of physical qualities;

Some ways to harde the body and the main techniques of self-massage;

Be able to:

Make up and perform the simplest complexes of exercises of the morning and corrective gymnastics, taking into account the individual characteristics of the body;

Perform athletics exercises, gymnastic (combinations), technical actions of sports games;

Perform complexes of generalizing exercises on the development of basic physical qualities, adaptive (therapeutic) physical culture, taking into account the state of health;

Carry out observations of their physical development and physical fitness, monitoring the technique of performing motor actions and physical activity modes;

Comply with safety when performing exercise and conducting tourist hiking;

Use acquired knowledge and skills in practical activity and everyday life for:

Conducting independent classes for the formation of individual physique and the correction of posture, the development of physical qualities, the improvement of the technique of movements;

Inclusion of physical culture in active leisure and leisure.

The certification of these students is carried out on the five-point system. Evaluation of such children is carried out primarily by their successes in the formation of a healthy lifestyle skills and a rational motor regime. When assessing the assessment (amount of points), the teacher must use this approach in assessment in order to stimulate the student to further exercise in physical culture. The final assessment in physical culture is exhibited taking into account theoretical and practical knowledge (motion skills and skills, skills to conduct wellness activities), as well as taking into account the dynamics of individual physical fitness, adjacent and visiting classes. The main focus should be aimed at the dynamics of physical abilities and a resistant motivation for exercise classes. With the most insignificant positive changes in the physical possibilities of students who must be seen by the teacher and reported to parents, a positive assessment is set. A positive assessment should be exhibited and those engaged, which have not shown positive dynamics in physical development, but regularly visited classes in physical culture, diligently performed the tasks of the teacher, mastered the skills available for him, the necessary knowledge in the field of physical culture.

Features of building a lesson in SMG:

1 . Preparatory Up to 20 minutes - at the beginning of the lesson, the pulse is calculated, then the exercises of the respiratory and general collateral are used, which at the beginning of the classes are performed at a slow pace, then on average. The load slowly increases, exercises apply, ensuring the preparation of all organs and systems to perform the main part of the lesson. It is not recommended to use a large number of new exercises and intensive loads. Each exercise is repeated first 4-5 times, then 6-8 times (exercises for large muscles of hands, legs and torso). Having individual disease cards, students independently perform exercises.

2. The main part of the lesson Up to 15 minutes - it is assigned to training and training. It is mastered by new exercise and motor skills within the possibilities of the child, the main physical qualities: speed, strength, dexterity, flexibility. Much attention is paid to improving coordination, the ability to move beautifully. To solve this, you can use: running (segments of 20-30 meters), alternating with accelerated walking, throwing, exercises for equilibrium, on projectiles, generalizing exercises, moving games, relay.

3. Final part- 3-5 minutes - exercises for relaxation and breathing exercises are used. The main task is to contribute to the restoration of the shifts of the functional state of the body caused by exercise in the main part of the lesson (simple exercises for hands, different kinds walking, calm dance steps, relaxation exercises, breathing exercises).

Leading principle The work is a differentiated approach, taking into account the individual characteristics of students, which suggests:

  • dosing the load in the lesson by complications or simplifying exercises;
  • accounting of contraindications to the classes of individual types of exercises;
  • counting the pulse at each lesson.

The lesson should be emotional, aesthetically decorated, so that children forget about their ailments and could realize their physical opportunities. SMG students - from passing any standards is exempt.

Basic requirements for SMG lesson:

1. It is necessary to consider the following:

For SMG classes should be held atpulse frequency 120-130 Д. / min. at the beginning of a quarter, and by the end of the first quarter, bring the intensity of physical exertion in the main part of the lesson to140-150 Ud / min. Motor modes at a pulse frequency 130-150 Д. / min. The most optimal for the cardio-respiratory system and give a good exercise effect. When planning a physical activity, teachers should take into account that with the same exercises, girls have 5-10 hp / mines, which boys are higher than the boys. Emotional voltage "Pupils. Gaming form of classes, elements of competitions increase the rate of the pulse for 15-20 ° C / min. After graduation, the pulse at the main part of 5-10 min. Must return to the initial data , and after 1-1.5 months of systematic classes and acceleration of recovery (normally 3-5 minutes). Special attention should be held on occupationMolding and special breathing exercises.Children assumed to the special group, as a rule, suffer from hypoxy, so it is necessary, first of all, training proper breathing is a very important and difficult task. Only with rational breathing is achieved the maximum effect of physical education lessons. Education of rational respiration contributes:

  • fast elimination of violations of the functions of the respiratory system;
  • improving redox recovery processes in organism;
  • increase adaptation to physical and mental loads;
  • general rehabilitation and harmonious development of the children's body.

With a small load, inhale should be carried out through the nose, exhale through the mouth. It is necessary to start training with proper breathing from the first lessons, with the most simple exercises in the tasks, inhale through the nose and exhale through the mouth: inhale and exhale through the nose; Breathing with different movements of the hands: Breathing when squatting, slopes of the body, breathing during walking at various pace with various combinations of the number of steps, inhalation, for example: for 3 steps - inhale, 3 - exhalation, for 4 steps - inhale, on 4 - exhale. Pay attention to the fact that the more active exhalation, the deeper breath. Respiratory exercises can be used as a means of reduced load. The ratio of respiratory and general array exercises can be: 1: 1; 1: 2; 1: 3; 1: 4. When performing physical exercises, you should not hold the breath. It is necessary to teach students to breathe through the nose, deep, smoothly, combining inhale and exhale with the movement. Special attention is paid to exhale, you need to teach the exhalation most fully and if possible to the end. After a relatively difficult exercise is necessarily a pause, during which should slowly walk, trying to breathe deeply, rhythmically. It is necessary to train children to breast, diaphragmal and mixed breathing type. Getting Started, the teacher must remember that the lessons must be carried out in a well-carrying room, and if possible - outdoors. In the process of the lesson, it is necessary to make 2-3 pauses for 1-2 minutes to relax, it is better to rest lying or sitting. You should teach children to complete muscle relaxation. All movements are performed calmly, smoothly, without too much voltage. Move from one source position to another, students should slowly avoid sharp movements.

Education of the right postureis one of the main tasks of the program of the Fashion Education. It is necessary to teach children correctly walk, stand, sit. Lessons should include at least 10-12 exercises for the muscles of the shoulder belt, back and abdomen, contributing to the formation of a strong "muscle corset", applying the principle of "scattering" of the load on various muscle groups. The teacher should pay attention to the position of the head, the work of the hands, torso, legs, encouraging the right pose and helping correcting errors. Proper posture ensures the correct operation of the musculoskeletal system, internal organs.

Individual approach To engaged on the basis of health care, the body's reaction to classes in general and on individual exercises, mental peculiarities of nervous activity. In SMG, there may be students of different ages with different disabilities in a state of health and various levels of physical training. It is very difficult in this case to choose the exercises that simultaneously approached for all students. The teacher must decide this task due to the most correct construction of engaged in the differentiated selection of starting positions, amplitudes of motion, dosage, complications or simplifying exercises, etc.

For example, building on such lessons is not carried out by growth, but according to the degree of physical fitness: on the right flank - more trained children, on the left - less. This allows you to give a load taking into account individual characteristics (for example, students on the right flank continue squats, and on the left - rest). Before each lesson, a pulse is determined, students with a pulse above 90 ° C. / min., Put on the left flank. When carrying out the relay, more trained at the beginning of the rank (they start and finish the relay). The result of classes is largely depends on the tact, the observation of the teacher, its ability to determine the load and the course of deploying the lesson load curve. The effect of physical exertion of each lesson on the body is determined according to the data of the pulse, the availability of subjective data, sometimes arterial pressure. Careful and gradual increase in physical activity, both at every occupation and throughout the entire treatment period. The graduality is achieved by the transition from simple to complex, and from a familiar to an unfamiliar.

The dosing of loads is carried out:

  • on the selection of the original position
  • the number of repetitions
  • performance activity
  • tempo
  • motion amplitude
  • completeness of execution
  • the presence of emotional factor
  • the number of breathing exercises
  • use of items, simulators

Of great importance in CMG classes has a systematic information about improving the state of health engaged in medical examinations, as well as conducting physical fitness tests in certain exercises when the results of the results are noticeable at specific examples. This encourages further active classes.

The availability of physical exercises is of great importance to educating confidence in their forces. Overcoming difficulties should stimulate a continuous increase in functional abilities and physical training. When studying in a special group from the first lessons on the Physical Education, it is necessary to achieve the right assimilation of the main exercises and especially the correct combination of breathing movements. Therefore, the tempo of the lesson in the first lessons is slow. The success of learning depends on the frequency of repetitions (at least 3-4 times) and the quality of performing a particular exercise. The lesson should be emotional, aesthetically decorated. It is necessary that these children have forgotten about their ailments, lessons in SMG were cheerfulness, muscle joy, aesthetic pleasure. You can include mobile games, elements of dance, aerobics in the lessons. It is advisable to spend the lessons for musical accompaniment. Specially selected music positively stimulates physiological processes in the central nervous system and creates a positive emotional attitude. The effectiveness of physical education in special medical groups depends on systematic classes (3-5 times a week), adequacy of loads, combinations of physical exertion with hardening, diet and other methods. Throughout the lesson, the teacher controls the general state of students: appearance, pulse, breathing.

The main sign of fatigue is a decrease in performance as a result of exercise. Externally, this is manifested in weakening attention, scattered, noticeable violations of the proper exercise. Movements are becoming less accurate, sluggish, unsure, motor coordination deteriorates, complaints about general malaise, headache, pallor of skin and mucous membranes.The teacher must be remembered that the external signs of fatigue are detected already when they are significantly expressed, i.e. Subjective complaints are usually delayed due to emotional lifting and excitement.

Small signs of fatigue are quite acceptable in SMG lessons (this is a slight redness of the skin, minor sweating, the face is calm, breathing is increasingly, it is smooth, coordination of movements is clear, vigorous execution of commands). And if the teacher noticed signs of fatigue in high degree or revealed complaints about poor well-being, he must send a student to the doctor.

in physical culture

Special medical group

1-11 class
Compiled on the basis of the Physical Culture Program

1 - 11 cl. For students of a special medical group of general education institutions - Matveev A.A. :Bustard. 2010.

Developed:

Kharlashina O.V.

teacher of physical culture

Bryansk 2014.

Explanatory note

The working program for students attributed for health to a special medical group was prepared taking into account the mandatory minimum of education in the field of physical culture and minimal requirements for the quality of training of students in general educational institutions in physical culture.

The work program is based on a physical culture program. Special Medical Group 1-11 Classes / Auto Sost: T.V. Daraeva et al.; under total. ed. M. Yu. Ushakova. - M.: Publisher "Globus", 2010. And is part of a federal curriculum for educational institutions of the Russian Federation.

It is divided into three programs: a program for 1-4 classes, 5-9 classes and 10-11 classes.

In accordance with the program, the acquisition of training groups is carried out with the following indicators:

  1. age engaged: 1-4, 5-9, 10-11

  2. nonological groups:

  • diseases of the musculoskeletal system (scoliosis, kyphosis, lordosis, flatfoot)

  • cardiovascular disease (prolapse mitral valve, Vegeta dystonia, compensated heart disease)

  • disease of the respiratory system (bronchial asthma, chronic bronchitis)

  • disease of the gastrointestinal tract and reproduction authorities (gastroytenitis, dyskinesia of biliary tract, pyeloniprite)

The content of the software consists of two main parts: basic and variable (differentiated). The base part includes the material in accordance with the federal component of the curriculum. The basic part performs a mandatory minimum of education for the subject "Physical Culture". The development of the basic foundations of physical culture is objectively necessary and necessarily for each student. Without a base component, a successful adaptation to life in human society and effective implementation is impossible. labor activity No matter what a young man wanted to do in the future. The base component is the basis of the national standard of general education in the field of physical culture and does not depend on the regional, national and individual characteristics of the student.

A variable (differentiated) part of the physical culture in SMG is due to the need to take into account the individual abilities of children, regional, national and local characteristics of schools.

The variable part is distributed to LFK (therapeutic physical education).

LFC classes with various diseases solve the following tasks:

  • Providing a general fascination effect on the body of students;

  • Correction of the existing pathological and prepolyological state;

  • Increase the non-specific reaction of the body.

In accordance with the concept of the structure and content of education in the field of physical culture, the subject of training in school is a motor activity with general development. In the process of mastering this activity, schoolchildren are improved not only by their physical nature, but also the mental sphere is actively developing, consciousness and thinking, creativity and independence are formed.

It is known that the content of the educational subject and its phased development of students is recorded in the relevant curricula on physical culture, which are implemented in accordance with the state standard, which determine the foundations of education for all types and types of secondary general educational institutions of the Russian Federation.
Working program on physical culture for students attributed for health to a special medical group

solves the following tasks:

Improving the physiological activity of the body systems, weakened by the disease, facilitating the optimization of mental and physical performance in the mode of training activities;

Improving applied vital skills and skills in walking, running, jumping, climbing, throwing and swimming, enrichment of motor experience with exercise from gymnastics, athletics, ski racing and moving games;

Increased physical fitness and development of basic physical qualities: forces, speed, endurance, coordination and flexibility;

Training complexes of physical exercises with recreational and corrective orientation, the simplest ways of controlling the physical activity and the functional state of the body in the classroom of physical culture;

The formation of common ideas about physical culture, its meaning in human life, health promotion, physical development and physical fitness, the development of interest in independent exercise activities, including morning gymnastics, physical attacks and moving games.

The solution of these tasks involves the organization of a holistic pedagogical system, which unites not only the lessons of physical culture, but also such important forms of classes, like physical education and recreational activities in the classroom, classes in the groups of therapeutic and corrective gymnastics, wellness aerobics, and general physical training.

Developed on the basis of the concept of education and the state standard of general secondary education in physical culture The proposed program is characterized by the following distinctive features:
the focus on the implementation of the principle of the health orientation of physical culture lessons, the achievement of an individually oriented result in improving the health, improvement of physical development and physical fitness due to the development of exercise complexes from modern health systems of physical education, mastering the skills to use them with independent forms of the organization of active recreation and leisure;

The focus on the implementation of the principle of variability setting the opportunity to educational institutions (teachers and methodologies of the LFC) to form the content of educational material in accordance with the individual testimony of the health of students, their physical development and physical fitness, age - sexual features;

A reference to the age interests and value orientations of students in physical culture, their active participation in educational and competitive activities by expanding individual motion experience with the exercises of basic sports;

The structure of the educational material in accordance with the main components of physical education activities: "Basics of knowledge of physical culture" (information component), "Ways of activity" (Operational Component), "Physical Improvement" (motivational component) that create an opportunity to use in the educational process a variety of active forms of learning that promote the development of independence and creativity;

The logic of the presentation of the content of each of the sections of the program, which determines the stage of its development by schoolchildren ("from common to the private" and "from private to a specific"), translation of knowledge of knowledge into practical skills and skills.

Exercise classes and the use of hardening tools by students attributed for health to SMG are based on following principles :

  1. Health, therapeutic and prophylactic orientation of physical culture.

  2. Differentiated approach to the use of physical culture, depending on the nature and severity of structural and functional disorders in the body of students caused by the pathological process

  3. Professionally applied orientation.
The working program is designed to ensure consistent and systematic training of students and thereby create the opportunity to go to

preparatory or basic group for health status and level of physical fitness.
Packing special medical groups
The main criterion for inclusion of a student in a special medical group is to establish a diagnosis with an obligatory indication of the degree of violation of the functions of the body.

Organizing and conducting classes with special students. honey. Groups are much more complicated than classes with healthy children, as they are collected by the guys from different classes, different ages and gender, suffering from various ailments and psychologically not ready for physical education.

The program in a special medical group provides for three age groups

- 1-4 classes

5-9 classes

10-11 classes

Also, depending on the severity and nature of the disease, students are recommended to divide into subgroups A and B, with the aim of a more differentiated approach to the intended motor regime.

Subgroup A. - Schoolchildren who have deviations in a state of reversible health, weakened by various diseases.

Subgroup B. - Schoolchildren who have severe, irreversible changes in the activities of organs and systems: organic lesions Cardiovascular system, urinary system, high degree of violation of vision.

However, when recruiting specials. honey. Groups School doctor and physical culture teacher, except for the diagnosis of the disease and data on the functional status of students, should also know the level of their physical fitness, which is determined using motor tests. As tests, only those exercises that, taking into account the shape and severity of the disease, are not contraindicated by the student.

Overall endurance Training can be assessed at running (walking) For six minutes. The test performs an exercise in a tempo convenient for it, moving from running to walk and back, according to his well-being. The result of the test is the distance traveled.

Evaluation of high-speed-security qualities , muscle strengths can be carried out at long jump. The result is the maximum length of the jump, which is counted from three attempts.

Muscle strength and shoulder belt can be assessed using filtering and extension of hands in Löj's stop. The number of exercises made is counted.

Throwing and catching a tennis ball with two hands From the distance of one meter from the wall for 30 seconds at the maximum pace may indicate the coordination of movements, dexterity, speed motor reaction . The number of caught balls is counted.

Jumping through the rope on two legs Help to judge O. coordination of movements, dexterity, speed of motor reaction, high-speed endurance, leg muscle strength . The number of jumps from one attempt until the time of refusing is tested.

Squats made in an arbitrary pace before fatigue, allow you to evaluate powerful endurance . The number of exercises performed before the failure of the tested is counted.

Creation of SMG for the upcoming academic year is carried out on the basis of health care, physical training indicators and a functional study conducted in April-May of the current year.

Pricing Group At least 10 people.

The main form of physical education of UMG students is the lessons that are held three times a week to 45 minutes. A visit to their students is be sure.

School lessons must be complemented by the system of home sessions, conducting sports events, physical attacks in the lessons.
Structure of the program
Structure and content this Program is characterized by continuity with the Primary School Student Program, asked for health to special medical groups. In accordance with this, the Program also identifies the same main sections in the distribution of educational material: "The foundations of knowledge of physical culture", "ways of activity" and "physical improvement".
The content of the first section ("Basics of Knowledge of Physical Culture") Developed in accordance with the main directions of development of human cognitive activity: knowledge of nature (medical and biological basis of activity); Knowledge of a person (psychological and pedagogical basis of activity); knowledge of society (historical and sociological basis of activity).
Section "Methods of activity" Related with ideas about the substance of objective activities and discloses the foundations of its content and organization: planning, regulation and control. This section focuses the activities of the teacher to develop the independence of students, the impulse of skills and skills in performing complexes of exercises of the health and corrective gymnastics, organizing improving orientation. The development of the subject matter of this section in unity with other sections of this program allows the teacher to also successfully solve many organizational and methodological issues directly arising in the process of educational activities in the lessons of physical culture.
