  • add bran to soups (two to three tablespoons per serving);
  • half an hour before meals, in the morning and in the evening, drink a glass of water with a tablespoon apple cider vinegar, a tablespoon of bran and a teaspoon of honey;
  • the first two weeks, eat a teaspoon of bran every day, and the next two weeks - a teaspoon three times a day (it is good to drink it with water);

If you have chosen a bran diet for weight loss, then carefully observe the work of the digestive tract. As soon as the bowel function is normalized, the dosage of the product should be reduced to two tablespoons. Also, be sure to include bran baked goods in your diet.
