How raw foodists live. Interview with a raw foodist with half a century of experience! Fashion Hollywood Diet

Starting to talk about the topic of short and long life, let's start with our smaller brothers, according to scientific tradition - with experimental mice.

IN different countries The world at different times conducted experiments with mice. They took 60 individuals, divided into three groups of 20 healthy, normal mice. The first group was fed fresh food, without heat treatment. The second group was fed with heat-treated and cooled (within 20 minutes) food. The third group was fed with heat-treated and cooled food for 5 hours.

Result:

The first group - mice are cheerful, mobile, their fur is shiny, they have a high life expectancy, they did not get sick during the year. At autopsy, the organs are clean.

The second group - within a month, all individuals died. At autopsy - decomposition and decay of the stomach, intestines and all internal organs. hairline practically lost, scab formation all over body.

The third group - within three days there was complete baldness, the formation of scabs, abscesses, rotting of the limbs. Within a week - the death of all 20 mice. At autopsy - complete decomposition of the body.

The above experiment showed that the disease was laid during the heat treatment of food and its cooling. Irreversible processes of decomposition and accumulation of cadaveric poison began in the food. Various carcinogens have been formed. There, already in the pan, during heat treatment, the vital program of young cells failed. The life process has ended - the program for recycling and destruction has started. Modern, "civilized" nutrition after treatment with fire, salt, sugar, various chemicals leads to an ecological catastrophe inside the body, to oncology. It's only a matter of time.

However, compared to mice, a person, like a liquid metal terminator compared to a frame one, will break through a thicker wall with his head. And there are many among us who have crossed the age-old milestone, eating food processed on fire? They are not one or two. Both in Russia and abroad. Let's try to figure it out, and maybe find easier ones than raw food diet, ways of longevity. But let's start with statistics.

The data of 2005 - the average male resident of Russia lives 58.8 years. According to other data or another year, generally 55.5 years. But, all the same, the indicators are sad, which shows what sort of countries we live in, especially if you remember what year you need to retire and finally take a break from the “active construction of a bright future” (* And here I myself was surprised - having learned that, life expectancy in Afghanistan and Sierr Leone - 30-33 years, horror). Of course, drunkenness and all the consequences of it take over 10 years, but in any case, the figure is still small. And you can end it with the phrase "What do we need these exceptions that spoil the overall statistics."

And if you think more broadly, then “the fact of longevity with omnivorousness, of course, begs for analysis. The reasons for such longevity are not secret and have already been discussed everywhere and are applied in some places.

Genes are an ideal foundation, good genes can be spoiled by more than one generation, and how does it happen that after several generations the genes suddenly wake up and a person lives healthy for 100 years under any conditions, just like his great-grandfather. In my life, I spoke with only one person who had good genes for this topic in his family. His great-grandfather never got sick and he had his normal teeth even at the age of 109, and he died after falling from a pole, hitting his head. So, such genes appeared only after a couple of generations, his brother at 50 was not sick with anything and did not have a single filling, and he himself could only boast of strong white teeth, but not health at 40. In general, I'm all about the fact that one of the reasons for unexpected longevity is the manifestation of our genes, and nutrition is not the main thing here, it's just that chromosomes can grow their tails or some other hormone is produced more and longer due to some circumstances . There are a number of moments that do not depend on us, but because of which you can accidentally live a long life. These reasons are being studied by geneticists, etc. For example, the genes of the father and mother can also coincide so well that the child from them will be successful on the topic of health ... in general, this should happen only from us it stinks of toxins and we sniff at the right partner doesn't work well...

The second type of reasons for random longevity is the guessing of a food product that promotes the production of the right hormone (the right stress for the immune system or the stimulation of some gland), which has a good effect on the body of a certain person. For example, red wine at constant low doses causes the chromosomes to grow their shortened tails, and this greatly increases life. Just as unexpectedly, many years of acidification of the blood can affect someone, and for someone, frequent and sharp alkalization of the blood. That is, pure and liquid blood without fungi and microorganisms can give someone health for 100 years.

The third type of centenarians, and these are often found, is a randomly formed psyche (interests, views on life and motivations for living it). Someone can motivate their life in such a way that the whole organism carries out this program, looking for resources for life from alternative sources. This can be done consciously, but for someone it happens by itself. What is the majority view of old age? Known, because every day we see how we should look in old age and how long we need to live. But this program does not work for someone, for example, because of a complex in childhood (the dominant desire at some point, which was inserted as a program in the body, for what it is necessary to live or until what moment). It is already known to everyone that there must always be a clear motive for life, that is, the mind must know for what it lives (clear goals), and its life / nutrition is a thirst for knowledge. I think it's clear ... As an option; if you manage to hammer it into your head that you definitely need to babysit great-great-grandchildren, then the body will try to live up to this moment, seeing their body relax and the program will disappear. There is where to "dig" for consciousness programmers.

The fourth type of centenarians is when a community / all people of a small area have a high life expectancy. Here, external conditions of life often contribute to this (rarefaction of the air, its composition, composition of water), physical labor in the correct portion, the correct habits of these people (awakening at sunrise, in nutrition). And due to the fact that this has been happening for a long time, everything is supported by genetics.

I also want to talk about long-livers. Personally, I don’t like many of them at all, it’s clear from everyone that their liver practically doesn’t work and all organs are clogged with toxins - all this is painted on the skin. I do not need such longevity, it is usually just a long old age. The body can regenerate and cleanse its organs and cells, only in this mode can one live and call it a long life, where you look healthy outwardly. Also, not every long-liver can boast of a normal mind, often he is heavily poisoned with toxins and does not work correctly, which significantly reduces the meaning of this long life. In general, I wanted to say that for me the generally accepted concept of longevity and their representatives does not correspond to my idea of longevity. In general, it’s somehow not comfortable that we somehow used to consider 100 years as some kind of achievement - this is an insulting minimum.

Okay, you can talk a lot on this topic, the main thing you need to understand from the topic of all centenarians is that you need to study the reasons and circumstances that contributed to their lives. And in principle, they have been studied and will appear in our lives better and easier, only they must always be practiced (for example, longevity pills have already been made, but I think we will not get them). I think even if I rummage through my head, I will dig up something on the topic of youth and longevity. (* I'm dreaming: - I'll adjust the topics on purges, and it will be necessary to start the topic, where all the methods for those who want to live long and have a young face for a long time will accumulate).

The problem with most modern Raw Foodists is that they are in the business of "pouring clean water into a dirty vessel." raw food diet does not always work fully in a dirty body, in which the mechanisms of cell regeneration, synthesis, etc. have not started. will affect. We are not the first generation of dish lovers, and from birth we have a weak reflex to regeneration and renewal, we have developed some mechanisms of protection and self-purification. The body must be “shaken” (cleaned and sometimes taken to extremes) from different sides for a couple of years in order for the necessary processes to begin in it, and raw food diet- this is too soft approach, but, as a background for "shaking", it is mandatory.

A good example of longevity among the Raw-eaters is the Hunza tribe.

Hunza live up to 120 years. Under this heading, Nedelya (an appendix to Izvestia) published an article in early December 1964 from the French magazine Constellation. It said that in the north of India, in Kashmir, in the hard-to-reach Himalayan valley, the Hunza tribe lives. The people of the tribe do not know what the treatment is, they have a record average duration life: 110 - 120 years, even toothache and visual disturbances are unknown here, although many other tribes living nearby suffer from tuberculosis, typhoid, and diabetes. One of the missionaries organized a hospital there and was at the same time discouraged - weeks, months went by, and there were no patients - and he was glad of such a discovery: it means that there is a certain way of life approaching the ideal, when people feel healthy, happy, do not age, as in other countries, by the age of 40-50.

All the benefits of a raw food diet that raw foodists talk about are true. I have experienced this first hand, experimenting with a raw food diet for two years. Overwhelming energy level, not a single cold or flu, XXS size, snow-white eyes, no dirty pots and ready to run a marathon at any moment. However, after two years, I began to include cooked vegetables and whole grains in my diet. About eight reasons why a raw food diet has not become my way of life - in this post.

Olya Malysheva

Too much energy

When we eat only raw vegetables and fruits, our body releases a lot of energy and resources that were previously spent on the assimilation of thermally processed food. The result - every day and almost at any time of the day I wanted to run, jump and jump. This is great if you are an athlete, special agent or ghost hunter. But, if at work you need to sit for several hours a day at the computer, it is very difficult to concentrate with such overflowing energy. During my working day at the office, squats, leg swings and runs around the office building, as well as large portions of nuts and dried fruits, which at least somehow "grounded" were my salvation. Such a state could certainly be corrected with the help of daily and intensive practice of yoga, meditation, etc. But at that moment, I could study in the studio with a teacher only 2-3 times a week, and at home I did no more than 15 minutes in the morning, and this was clearly not enough. I know that many raw foodists run daily, exercise strength training- Perhaps these practices really help to pacify the amount of energy that is released in the body. But knowing about the load on the joints that the same running on asphalt causes, I’m not sure that in a few years such a load will not lead to other problems.

Too many emotions

During the raw food diet, I was much more likely to feel a sense of euphoria and sparkling joy at the sight of a seemingly familiar blue sky or hearing birdsong. During yoga classes, I shed tears several times from the feeling of overflowing harmony in my body. This is on the one hand. On the other hand, I could be upset for half a day at the sight of a disabled person on the subway or at the sight of another tragic situation that had nothing to do with me. I am still quite a sensitive person and from time to time I shed tears at the cinema - even the harmless film "La La Land" ended with tears. But during a raw food diet, feelings and emotions become tens of times richer. This is wonderful in the conditions of a harmonious and cloudless life, but in the conditions that surrounded me in Moscow, such an emotional state often unbalanced me.

Freedom from pans - addiction to fruits

The complete absence of heat treatment frees the kitchen from pots and pans, and you from the processes of cooking, frying, stewing and baking. What is added is kilos of fruits and vegetables, which should always be on hand - otherwise you will be left without food. It was quite real at home, where, in addition to the vegetables and fruits I buy daily, I had a supply of nuts and dried fruits, as well as a blender and a juicer, but on trips it was sometimes quite difficult to follow a 100% raw food diet. It was also difficult to get somewhere for a long time without a banana in your purse or without a bag of nuts and dried fruits.

Fresh vegetables and fruits are digested very quickly

The feeling of hunger after a vegetable salad appears faster than after a bowl of hot vegetable soup. I do not deny that over time my body would have rebuilt and adapted to a raw food diet, but during those two years I often had to suppress my hunger with nuts and dried fruits, which in large quantities are quite heavy foods. Compared to a bag of raw nuts, a serving stewed vegetables, vegetable soup or a plate of buckwheat are digested much easier and at the same time perfectly saturate.

Russia is not Thailand, Moscow is not Sochi

Even if there are mangoes and strawberries in supermarkets 365 days a year, each of us understands how much seasonal fruits and vegetables differ from non-seasonal ones. On a raw food diet, when fruits and vegetables make up 100% of the diet, this difference is felt even more strongly. Even if you grow sprouts in your kitchen, grow vegetables and fruits yourself in the summer, and dry them in the fall, the winter and spring diet in Moscow will still be very limited. During the raw food diet, finding the right amount of good vegetables and fruits in winter turned into a daily quest for me. Now whole grains, cooked vegetables, and some dairy products and eggs are great for me during the cold season. These products make me feel full much faster, and I began to think much less about food.

label danger

Calling yourself a vegan, raw foodist, or fruitarian many fall into the label trap. The abundance of vegetables, ripe fruits, berries and herbs in summer and early autumn, even in Moscow, allows you to be a completely happy raw foodist, but you don’t need to label yourself as a raw foodist or vegan right away. The absence of a label is the absence of any taboos. Today I am a raw foodist, tomorrow I will eat hot pumpkin soup, and the day after tomorrow I will again eat only fruit. Eating should never add stress to us. It should bring us health, joy, pleasure and be based not on rules, but on intuition. Labeling always prevents you from listening to your intuition, which may loudly shout to you that your body really needs hot soup right now, but under the influence of the label, we continue to choose only cold raw food dishes from the menu.

Detox 365 days a year

Due to the complete absence of thermally processed foods, a raw food diet launches very powerful cleansing processes in the body. This requires comprehensive preparation and certain actions that will help the body cope with these detox processes.

unpredictability

The crisis of cleansing on a raw food diet can come at any moment. One of these crises happened to me during a vacation in Thailand, where I came down with a high temperature for three days on the eve of our flight to Hong Kong. Another high temperature crisis came at the most inopportune moment in the middle of a busy work week. This time, the high temperature lasted only a day, and the next day I again felt like an energizing superhero. According to all the symptoms in both cases, these were precisely the crises of purification, which sooner or later happen to almost everyone who switches to a raw food diet after several years and decades of normal eating. And it is not known how many more such crises awaited me. If I had been fed only whole foods since childhood, if instead of chips and Snickers I loved at school fresh fruits and as a teenager I didn’t eat dumplings and hot dogs, most likely such crises of purification during the transition to a raw food diet could not happen to me. But since I was an ordinary omnivorous teenager until the age of 18, and as a child I didn’t live a day without starchy foods and sweets, my body has accumulated too much to switch to such an extremely clean type of food without any symptoms.

・ ・ ・

I still find the raw food diet very powerful and efficient system nutrition. But I also agree with Ayurvedic doctors who always say that a raw food diet is not for everyone and not always. Those two years on the raw food diet were an exciting experience for me, and I think I will return to it again, but somewhere already on warm islands, when I will sway in a hammock with my grandchildren, and juicy mangoes and coconuts will grow around me.

Vegetarians live longer. life expectancy of a vegetarian

All this statistics about life expectancy is a very unreliable thing. Of course, you can find a lot of research on the Internet, some of which are very trustworthy. It is estimated that vegetarianism for 20 years or more can give such a sufferer an average of 3.6 years of life, these are the averages of the 6 largest studies.

A study of 34,000 California Seventh-day Adventists found that the average life expectancy of vegetarian women is 4.4 years longer than non-vegetarian women, and 7.3 years for men. It is interesting to note that earlier studies that date back to 1960-70 showed a smaller difference in life expectancy between vegetarians and non-vegetarians, studies after 2000 show a much larger difference, which already goes up to 20 years for men and 7 years for women. This suggests the conclusion that the meat of 2015 and the meat of the 1970s are slightly different, if in the last century cows still saw green grass, today this is unlikely, the content of omega 3 has also changed a lot for the worse.

Vegetarians believe that they will live the longest, but meat-eaters often even agree with this, but they do not want to give up meat, thinking that they are healthy with meat.

Raw foodists also live in our world, this is a subspecies of vegetarians who believe that they are the smartest and longest-lived, while sympathizing with vegetarians for their unhealthy way of eating thermally processed foods. Surprisingly, on their forums, raw foodists often remember vegetarians and attribute to them naturally not a long life, even in comparison with meat-eaters, but also very poor health, also in comparison with people who lead a normal lifestyle. Raw foodists understand vegetarians very well and talk about the problem firsthand, as most raw foodists are former enlightened or wiser vegetarians. I disagree with the first statement, vegetarians have been proven to live longer than meat-eaters, but as far as the quality of life is concerned, it is lower. The fact is that vegetarians put their body on the path to recovery due to the lack of meat and milk in their diet, but they continue to rape it with boiled food, which, as you know, is rejected by a strong body. What does it mean?

Why do vegetarians get sick all the time?

Vegetarians, like children, have a body that already finds the strength to resist cooked food, while meat-eaters have such a suppressed immune system that they are tuned only to store toxins and at least some fight with incoming new portions. As a matter of fact, here we find an excuse for the constant illnesses of vegetarians. Raw foodists do not stain their body with thermally processed food, and therefore do not know what snot or fever, but in return they get depression, lack of strength, weakness, weight drops, and other important functionalities decrease. By this I mean that vegetarians are not the most extreme form of food madness. Here, raw foodists look at and condemn vegetarians in the same way that vegetarians condemn meat eaters, it is difficult to talk about criticism of raw foodists in relation to meat eaters, since the Russian language lacks the appropriate words.

After not cunning conclusions, one can come to the conclusion that vegetarians, in theory, should live more than meat-eaters, but less than raw-foodists. If the average difference between male vegetarians and meat eaters is about 10 years, then raw foodists should at least have a gap of 20 years before the traditional diet.

IN modern world if a person lived for 80-90 years, then this is considered a real record, but from the point of view of raw foodists, this is a prematurely deceased person, in the world of raw foodists, people should live at least 100 years, the maximum can and should reach 200 years, which is confirmed by the Vedic scriptures, a person on boiled food will live no more than 100 years and die before the due date, having not completely exhausted his vital energy, or rather, he has exhausted it, because he has greatly reduced it by non-species nutrition.

Why is it so hard for men to give up meat?

There is nothing to guess here, men are more prone to diseases of the cardiovascular system than women, a heart attack or stroke are the main causes of premature death in them, and the refusal of meat always leads to a decrease in cholesterol levels, the walls of blood vessels are cleansed, the likelihood of death decreases.

How honest are vegetarians

How much you can trust the surveys among vegetarians, of course it is easy to check how long a person lived, but who knows what he ate. If you ask any of us - what kind of food he eats, the answer will follow in most cases unambiguous - healthy food. People who eat meat whenever possible or occasionally also consider themselves vegetarians, people who eat only sausages or sausages can consider themselves vegetarians, because to a certain extent, in modern sausages, due to the high cost of natural meat, it may not be at all. People who only eat fish, milk or eggs also consider themselves vegetarians. There are very few strict vegetarians who have been refusing meat, eggs, milk and honey for an impressive amount of time, and it is also dangerous, after three years without meat a person will receive a serious shortage of B vitamins, vitamin D, omega 3, zinc, iron, magnesium, potassium and some other elements, of course, this is provided that a vegetarian will disdain medications, or, more simply, tablets with vitamins and microelements. The lack of vitamin B12 is difficult to overcome if you consume meat occasionally, for example, once a month, a dose of meat even once a week may not be enough, so you need to methodically take this vitamin from day to day in the form of tablets, by the way, vitamin B12 is not officially sold in tablets in Ukraine , The Ministry of Health seems to suggest that there are no vegetarians in Ukraine or they should be content with painful injections.

Who among us will officially admit that he is sitting on unhealthy food, each of us wants to seem better, more perfect, try to embellish reality, so there is nothing wrong with deceiving. I have no doubt that 50% of meat-eaters usually fall into the ranks of the studied vegetarians, and the results in terms of life expectancy in this case are obviously underestimated by at least half, you yourself can observe on the Internet how people on the forums consider themselves experienced strict vegans, but at the same time describe their lunch with eggs, milk, honey, fish, many do not consider chicken to be meat, attributing to it simply even dietary and medicinal properties, as we see people are often ignorant or assert anything out of ignorance.

There are many examples when people who wrote books on raw food and vegetarianism were actually caught eating kebabs, and appearance such people are not led to the idea that they are limited in eating meat, well, how can a raw foodist or a vegetarian be an openly fat person? Vegetarians, not to mention raw foodists, people are emaciated, you can’t even pinch them, skin and bones.

The long-livers of Hunzakuta - the people living in the north of India from can be equated with raw foodists, i.e. they eat the fruits fresh, and the yeast-free cakes are dried in the sun, not even in the oven. Live for 160 years, women give birth after 100 years!!!

Hunzakuts are a people who never get sick and surprise with an average life expectancy of 120 years.

There is an amazing tribe on Earth, whose members practically do not know diseases. They live in the Himalayas in northern India, in the state of Jammu and Kashmir, on the banks of the Hunza River, 100 kilometers from the northernmost city of India, Gilgit, and call themselves Hunzakuts.

For the first time, the English military doctor McCarrison, who at the beginning of the 20th century, treated the sick in this harsh mountainous region, told Europeans about them for the first time. The peoples who live there do not shine with health - tuberculosis, typhus, diabetes, Graves' disease, cholera ... The list goes on. But in all the years of work, McCarrison did not meet a single sick hunzakut. Even during terrible epidemics, they all remained healthy.

In 1963, the Hunzakuts were visited by a French medical expedition led by Dr. Belvefe. She confirmed all of McCarrison's observations. With the permission of the leader of this tribe, the French conducted a census, which turned out to be not such a difficult matter, since there were only about 20 thousand Hunzakuts, and birth information was kept indefinitely in the mosque. The census showed that the average life expectancy of hunzakuts is 120 years! Hunzakuts amazed with their absolute health and fantastic endurance - they are the most tireless conductors and porters of goods in the mountains of the Himalayas. Almost every man here can go to the market for a hundred kilometers (to the nearest city) along the goat paths and scree in a day. In addition, they are surprisingly cheerful, calm and peaceful.

Two more interesting messages from different sources.

Hunzakuty In August 1977, the news agency Agence France-Presse reported the following from the International Cancer Congress in Paris: cancer observed only among the Hunza people living in the Northern Himalayas. Every other part of the world is now experiencing an increase in cancer rates.”

In April 1984, Asiaweek, a Hong Kong newspaper, recounted this astonishing experience: “When Said Abdul Mabud arrived at London Heathrow Airport, he stunned the immigration officers by presenting a passport with a date of birth of 1823 (two years before the Decembrist uprising!). According to the documents, it turned out that the gray-bearded old man was 160 years old. The mullah accompanying him said that his ward is considered a saint in his native area of Hunza, famous for its centenarians. Maboud has excellent health and sound mind, he remembers well the events since 1850.

In 2000, a European journalist visited the Hunza people and interviewed a 93-year-old man, absolutely healthy and physically strong. This age is hardly capable of reaching a person from industrialized countries without a bunch of pills and pacemakers. Khunzakutsky grandfather was also of sound mind and solid memory. There are many such publications.

So, not one unique person, but a whole nation has fantastic health and longevity. What is the reason for such a miracle? The land, water, air, climate here are the same as those of their neighbors who are sickly ill ... But all European observers note that the only difference between hunzakuts and their neighbors is their diet. They eat differently than the rest of the people on Earth.

The basis of their diet is whole wheat cakes and fruits, mainly apricots. In apricots, naturally, grains hidden inside the pits are also eaten. On the tables of hunzakuts one can always see a bowl with dried apricots and nuts. All winter and spring they add nothing to this, since there is nothing to add. A few handfuls of wheat grains and apricots - that's all the daily food. During the rest of the year, other fruits, vegetables and berries are added raw, without cooking, and occasionally goat's milk.

It is known that the most useful products human nutrition are whole grains(wheat, rye, oats, barley, corn, buckwheat, rice, millet, peas, lentils) and nuts. Khunzakut women grind wheat grains in stone mortars into flour and fill them with water without yeast, and from the resulting dough they prepare cakes like our pancakes and dry them on the walls of their houses. Everything valuable that was in the grains remains in this "bread". When McCarrison told his colleagues, English doctors, about this, no one believed him. But, returning from Gilgit to Delhi, he became the personal physician of the Viceroy of India and received a high military rank. The British government in the town of Konur organized a special research medical station for him. It was in it that he carried out the famous experiments to prove his case.

Three groups of rats, 1200 each, were kept in separate cages for many months. The first group was fed with ordinary European food, the second with Indian food, and the third lived on the Khunzakut diet.

During the experiment, the rats of the first group were ill with many of our diseases. They were extremely irritable, regularly fought and even gnawed opponents to death. The rats of the second group fell ill with Indian diseases, and the rats that received the Hunzaku diet were absolutely healthy: they played, rested and brought cheerful offspring.

It turned out that it was not necessary to go to Hunza to be convinced of the correctness of Dr. McCarrison's conclusions, the main of which is this: the ideal diet that makes the sick healthy and the healthy long-lived is grains and nuts, that is, foods that accumulate in yourself a new life.

Hunzakut girl It is also important that the hunzakuts, living on the fruits of their fields, work hard fresh air, and not just transplanted, like people from industrialized countries, from a car seat to a sofa. Two factors - malnutrition and insufficient physical activity - underlie all the diseases of civilization ...

Many explain the effect of the longevity of the Hunza people by living in the mountains among the eternal snows. Moreover, it is not the mountains as such that are significant, but the snow, the melt water of which they eat.

One of the hypotheses of aging comes down to the accumulation in the body of heavy hydrogen atoms - deuterium, which, like "light", is contained in water. It is believed that even a slight replacement of D2O molecules with H2O leads to rejuvenation. By the way, when we cook food, we lose a lot of light hydrogen with the steam of boiling water, and thus increase the concentration of deuterium. This provides an interesting explanation for the raw food diet, a trendy diet that has, among other things, a rejuvenating effect. Raw food concentrates less heavy water than boiled food.

The longevity of hunzakuts is largely related to their way of life. They live calmly, without worries, among the pristine nature, they do not know the stresses caused by the struggle for power or money problems. Not noticeable here is the spirit of hoarding, the desire for wealth. Young people do not push the old people aside - on the contrary, they treat them with respect and care. This is noted by many tourists who have visited these places.

Now I decided to keep a "Diary of a Raw Eater" and all the information related to healthy eating as parts healthy lifestyle life, will be under this label. This post is continued here:

Academician Pavlov noted that death before the age of 150 should be considered violent.

The norm of life of our biological body is 300-400 years. Recent scientific studies have shown that human DNA is designed for 440 years of reproduction, i.e. this is the theoretical limit of human life. So the data from ancient sources about the huge life expectancy of people or stories about 500-year-old Tibetan elders are not so metaphorical.

At the same time, modern medicine has not been able to raise the average standard of living to at least 100 years, even in the most developed countries.

More than 70% of diagnoses in the world according to the World Health Organization are incorrect. One in four hospital beds in the United States is occupied by a patient who is being treated for the effects of exposure to the health care system.

During the 10-day strike of doctors in Israel, the death rate in the country as a whole decreased - and these are not isolated facts.

Official medicine has accumulated a number of problems. In this regard, everyone who really cares about their health should approach the issue of nutrition on their own, forgetting about the prejudices of social norms.

Our liver is designed for 600-400 years, but, alas, we destroy it in forty years, or even faster. It is time to pay attention, first of all, at least to the fact that the health of a modern person absolutely does not correspond to natural "standards" for living beings. high level development. A person developed many chronic metabolic diseases, weakened immunity, the proportion of the able-bodied population began to decrease, and the percentage of children born sick began to grow. There are several reasons for this, but one of the main ones is a departure from natural nutrition.

Proverbs: "We dig our own grave with a spoon and fork" , "Look for your disease at the bottom of the plate" have deep meaning.

“Many people live as if they set out to commit a slow but inevitable suicide. They deliberately destroy their health, take away their youth, beauty, talents, deprive themselves of energy and creative abilities. Perhaps the art of dealing with oneself is indeed a more difficult science than the art of dealing with the people around us.”

(Bright Richard, English physician)

The human body has enormous internal reserves. For almost 30-40 years, he is able to live on bad “fuel”. By consuming various junk food, a person may outwardly appear healthy, but this illusion continues to amuse a person and those around him as soon as the 25-40-year mark passes. Due to malnutrition, an increasing number of diseases come out and a person dies prematurely, without realizing his mistake, the cause of aging.

Conversations and wishes for a long and happy life stay at the word level. Alas, many frivolous people do not take real actions to prolong the life of their body.

In the ancient classic work on Chinese medicine Neiji (2nd century BC says):“The preservation of the basic order, and not the correction of disorder, is the highest principle of wisdom. Treating a disease after it has already arisen is like digging a well when you are thirsty.”

From the book of Aterov (A. Ter-Avanesyan) "A new world free from diseases"
