Compound:

  • butter - 125 gr.
  • honey - 125 gr.
  • brown sugar - 125 gr.
  • oatmeal - 400 gr.
  • dark chocolate or chocolate drops - 100 gr.
  • salt - 1 pinch

The preparation of these bars is similar to the previous one. And it takes 10 minutes + 40 minutes of baking.

Yes, and I do not advise you to neglect sugar, honey or chocolate. They work here not only for taste, but also as a connecting element.

Cooking:

  1. We heat the oven to 150ºС. Lubricate a rectangular shape about 20x30 cm in size with butter and cover it with parchment.
  2. Put the butter, diced, honey and sugar in a frying pan and heat over low heat until the ingredients are combined.
  3. Pour this mixture into a bowl with oatmeal and mix thoroughly.
  4. Add chocolate drops or finely chopped chocolate and mix again.
  5. We shift the mass into the prepared form, press down well with wet hands and bake in a preheated oven for 40 minutes until golden brown.
  6. Cool the finished bars for 15-20 minutes, then cut into portions.

Today we will cook oatmeal bars in the oven at home according to a simple and understandable recipe for everyone.

Such a compact product can be wrapped in a pocket or slipped into a purse, and in the afternoon you can eat it on the go and drink it with mineral water. And you can use it as a breakfast, with much more comfort: break into a cup with pieces and pour warm milk.

1. Check dried apricots: if it is harsh, soak for 7-10 minutes, then dry, and then finely chop.

We collect flax seeds, oatmeal, bran and dried apricots in a bowl, add fructose, baking powder, salt and mix everything.

2. If the honey is frozen, warm it to a liquid state. Add honey to the common cauldron along with applesauce - and mix thoroughly again. The mass should be dry, slightly moist, thick, and it should be easy to separate. But it should not be wet or viscous.

3. Preheat the oven to 180 ° C, take a wide baking sheet and cover it with baking paper. But it will be even better if you buy tracing paper in a stationery store and spread it out. Lubricate the sheet with oil and unload the resulting oat mixture onto it.

4. It is necessary to level it as evenly as possible, you can even press it at the end with a cutting board. The layer thickness should be about 1 cm. We send the baking sheet to the oven for ½ hour.

5. Take out the cookies and mark them hot with a knife, so that later, when the layer has cooled down, cut the bars. The sheet will harden by that time, the consistency of the baked layer will resemble toffee. But it cuts well, you can form neat rectangles.

In the dough, for satiety, it is not forbidden to add nuts, but then the relevance of the apricot note will decrease. However, if you really like nuts, this will not hurt you.

  • 1 banana (maybe a little overripe);
  • 50 g raisins (pitted);
  • 8 pcs. dried apricots;
  • 8 pcs. prunes;
  • 1 st. a spoonful of powdered milk (you can dry vegetable milk, such as coconut powder);
  • vanillin;
  • 1, 5 art. spoons vegetable oil;
  • 2 tbsp. spoons of flax seeds;
  • 5 st. spoons of oatmeal;
  • cinnamon.

We crush the banana. He chokes on a fork very easily.

We combine dried apricots, raisins and prunes in a blender. Grind dry fruits until smooth.

Mix the banana mass with ground dried fruits. Pour in the oil, add dry milk. We mix.

Toast the flakes a little (if you want a more pronounced nutty flavor).

Add flax seeds and cereal. Mix again.

Pour fragrant cinnamon, add a little vanillin too.

Stir. The amount of cereal depends on the size of the bananas, you should have a thick but not too dry mixture.

Line the pan with foil or parchment.

Put the resulting mixture on it, then make the shape of a square (rectangle). Don't forget to compact the mixture well! Put the mold in an oven preheated to 180 degrees and bake for 30 minutes. After you take out the mold, let the mixture cool slightly, and then cut into pieces that are convenient for you and peel off the foil.

We clean the walnuts from the shell and partitions, in total we need about 70 grams. Nuts can be cut with a knife, or you can chop them in the bowl of a food processor, but we don’t grind them into the smallest crumbs, but we still leave medium pieces. Pour nuts over oatmeal.

We take one ripe banana, it is not in vain that we focus on the ripeness of the banana, because, as you have already noticed, our bars do not include any sweeteners, only natural products, so we need a sweet banana. We break the banana into a blender bowl.

We also add raisins, previously soaked in boiling water for several minutes, and dried with paper towels.

We grind the banana and raisins into a homogeneous substance, the consistency of which should be of medium density. We shift the banana mixture to the oatmeal and nuts.

Add a little ground cinnamon to taste, it can also be other spices.

Now pour in a portion of the oil, take vegetable oil, which is completely neutral in smell. We mix all the ingredients.

We cover the baking sheet with parchment, if you are not sure as a tracing paper, lightly oil it. Spread the prepared mixture on a baking sheet, level the mixture with a spatula.

We also immediately make cuts in order to easily separate the bars as a result.

Brown the bars in the oven for 12-15 minutes.

We take them out and transfer them to a wire rack, let them cool completely and dry slightly.

  • Oatmeal - 150 gr.
  • Apple - 3 pcs.
  • Sunflower seeds - 40 gr.
  • Cinnamon - ½ teaspoon
  • Kinva - 50 gr.
  • Honey - 3 tbsp. spoons

Pour oatmeal into a bowl, add peeled sunflower seeds to them.

Add quinoa. You can experiment with the ingredients. Quinoa makes a significant contribution of vitamins and nutrients to dishes, but you can do without it.

You can also add pumpkin seeds and any nuts you like. Mix dry ingredients together.

Any apples will do, I wash them thoroughly in clean water, peel them and cut them into arbitrary pieces. I put everything in a blender.

Grind to the state of applesauce. I add cinnamon to the apple.

I make bars with honey, which I also put in a bowl with applesauce. You can cook muesli without honey, it can be replaced with any syrup.

The temperature then should be set to the minimum value and dry the mixture with the door open. In this case, it will take less time, as the oven creates more heat even when open, so remember to keep an eye on the bars.

You can also dry it in the microwave, the mode is selected according to the instructions for a particular model.

I cut the layer into bars of the size that I like and wrap them in paper so that they are stored for a long time and safely. Such simple, tasty muesli will appeal to both adults and children. Enjoy your meal!

After 30 minutes of baking oatmeal with dried fruits and nuts, turn off the oven and leave the baking sheet with a golden mass in it for 10 minutes. After getting the mass and hot, cut it into rectangles, squares or triangles. I recommend cutting into rectangles, as they are more convenient for storage, transportation and consumption.

Let the bars cool completely and you can pack - wrap in paper, film, foil, etc.

Melt honey until liquid. It is convenient to do this by steaming or in the microwave. Combine it with vegetable oil.

Pour the prepared mixture over them and mix everything thoroughly. The honey must soak the whole mixture well, otherwise it will not stick together. Now it remains to cover the baking sheet with parchment, lay out the mixture, smooth it well with a spoon and bake in a preheated oven until golden brown. This should take you about 15 minutes.

After that, remove the baking sheet, cool the resulting cake thoroughly and only then cut it into pieces. After cooking, oatmeal and dried fruit bars can be wrapped in parchment paper if desired, so that it is convenient to eat.
