Runes arose in his mind, and he inscribed them with his blood. That is why we still make a symbolic sacrifice, creating our own runes as divinatory tools. After that, draw runic signs on the bones with black ink or watercolor (we will give them below) and wait until the paint is absorbed.

Now for the sacrifice. The first stage: you need to drop a drop of blood on each rune. It is this process that creates a real connection between you and the divinatory toolkit. At the same time, you seem to get acquainted with the rune - hold it in your hands, call it several times by name. Let the blood dry and varnish the runes. Keep runes in a canvas bag and never give them to another person. They will be offended and will stop “talking” to you.

The second stage: in principle, it is not mandatory, but if you are already turning to Old Norse rituals, then it is better to finish the job. Therefore, buy a bottle of unfiltered beer, a piece of beef and a white candle. Take the runes with you and go to the forest or the nearest park, the main thing is that you can hide from prying eyes. Find an ash tree (it was the legendary Yggdrasil) and pour beer under it. Then hold it over the candle and place the beef under the tree. Ideally, the meat should be burned in a fire, but since it is problematic now (it is forbidden to make fires in the forests), such a “sparing” method will do. You can also use a small roaster. During the sacrifice, thank Odin for his gift and ask the runes to be frank with you. It is worth remembering that Odin is not only the father of battles and Vikings, he is also the patron of skalds - poets, so the more pompous and magnificent your words are, the better. Call Odin Wotan or Ygg - these are the most beloved kennings (names) of the ancient god.

Runes and their main meanings

How to guess on the runes

First you need a rune set. You can buy it, you can make it yourself. The first option is faster - just go to an esoteric store and buy it, the second one is much more laborious, but promises a lot of impressions from the work done and, of course, invaluable experience.

Here I can not convey all the nuances of the production of the set. I will say the main thing: this lesson will help you get in touch with runic energies, and already at the first stage you will most likely feel and show your abilities.

It is very important to understand that in divination, as well as in any business, the abilities that are given to a person by nature are certainly important, but work and the desire to work on oneself are no less important. Without this, no talent will open the way to the heavenly worlds for you.
