In the direction of patients to render WMP at the expense of the federal budget, if the patient refers to a preferential category and did not refuse social services, it also has the right to free travel to the clinic and back at the expense of the Social Insurance Fund. In the hands of the patient is issued a coupon for the receipt of WMP with a signed officer.
If a patient without passing all these steps is directly referred to our clinic, then the medical commission of our institution may adopt a positive decision on the provision of medical care within the VMP. This can only be if our clinic has free places to approved at the beginning of the year plan to provide VMM on various profiles. In this case, the patient is sent to a consultation to a specialist in the disease profile to obtain a conclusion about the presence of testimony and designing a package of documents on the VMM.
A package of documents for the execution of the coupon on VMM (in accordance with the order of the Ministry of Health of the Russian Federation dated December 29, 2014 No. 930n) includes:
- direction to hospitalization for the provision of VMM;
- detailed extract from medical records;
- a copy of the passport of a citizen of the Russian Federation (a copy of the first page and registration);
- a copy of the compulsory health insurance policy (OMS);
- a copy of the certificate of compulsory pension insurance (SNILS) -Article;
- the consent of the patient for the processing of personal data
After the paperwork by specialists, they are delivered either to the territorial health care providers through electronic communications in the specialized information system of the Ministry of Health of the Russian Federation (WMP at the expense of the federal budget), or to the department for organizing the medical care of our clinic (WMP at the expense of OMS). Within 10 days, the patient is issued "Coupon for the provision of VMM".
After making the coupon and in the presence of free volumes to provide VMM, patients are invited to hospitalization in order of priority.
