You will need: 200 g of sour cream, 3 eggs, 1 chicken breast, onion and package of the Hawaiian mixture (400 g), 0.5 heads of garlic, 1/3 of a lemon, spices, salt.

How to make Chicken Soufflé with Rice and Vegetables (Hawaiian Mix).

  • Separate the breast meat from the bone, cut it into cubes, pour over lemon juice, season with spices to taste and salt, leave to marinate.
  • Finely chop the onion, cut the garlic into slices, put in a pan and fry in vegetable oil for 2 minutes, put the chicken, fry for 3-5 minutes, put the Hawaiian mixture of rice and vegetables, simmer for 4-5 minutes over medium heat until the rice is soft, let cool.
  • Salt and beat the eggs, add sour cream to them, beat again, mix with the contents of the pan, spread the mass into molds, bake in an oven preheated to 160-180 degrees until lightly browned.

This soufflé is served warm or hot.

Beef meat soufflé is quite easy to prepare. We will need:

  • 200 grams of meat
  • Tablespoon of butter
  • Egg
  • A teaspoon of sour cream
  • Salt.

The meat is cut into small pieces and poured with water. It must be cooked over low heat until tender. Then you can twist it twice through a meat grinder or turn it into minced meat with a blender.

When everything is ready, add sour cream, butter and yolk, salt and stir until smooth using a blender or improvised means. Beat the protein with a mixer until a thick foam, gently mix with minced meat, put it in a mold and send it to a well-heated oven (about 200 degrees). Meat soufflé takes about 45 minutes to prepare.
