For beginner home cooks, we present recipes for dishes that can be safely included in the diet for pancreatitis. Cooking, according to dietary recipes, is recommended immediately before a meal. But more often than not, this is an impossible task, especially on weekdays. Therefore, it is allowed to store dishes prepared according to dietary recipes in the refrigerator.

Important! Salads and other cold snacks stay fresh for up to 12 hours in the refrigerator, and dishes that need to be reheated can be stored for up to 2 days.

  • sweet puddings with berries and cereals;
  • compotes from natural fruits and berries;
  • fruit in jelly (cakes without baking);
    protein cream (subject to the absolute freshness of eggs) with fruit;
  • xylitol jams.

Beverages

From drinks you can use:

  • non-carbonated mineral water;
  • herbal teas;
  • black and green tea with milk;
  • hibiscus tea without sugar;
  • weak coffee with milk;
  • compote of berries and fruits;
