FAQ:

I didn't receive a new card

• Contact your teacher. In each school, there is a responsible person who can contact us at any time and order a new card. You can also call our support service at 5610505.

My card is broken, lost, stopped working

• Schools always collect information on lost and broken cards. It usually takes a few days between the ordering of cards and its production, but you can always speed up this process by coming directly to our office and receiving the card within 10 minutes. Money has not arrived on my card

IV . Organization of training on an individual educational card.

4.1. An individual educational map is a structured program of student actions at a fixed stage of learning (see Appendixes). An individual educational card can be developed for a topic, quarter, half year, academic year.

4.2. An individual educational card is compiled by subject teachers together with the class teacher, agreed with the parents (legal representatives) of the students.

4.3. When implementing an individual educational card, a combination of the student's individual independent work with the teacher's consultations at a certain time is provided, as well as the opportunity to participate in olympiads, competitions and other types of educational and extracurricular activities.

4.4. The teacher implements an individual, differentiated approach to teaching, organizes educational and cognitive activities of students.

4.5. The teacher prepares

a system of differentiated multi-level tasks for the course;

memos, algorithms, reference notes and other didactic materials;

control work and test tasks.

4.6. student must fulfill:

a system of differentiated tasks on a topic or a whole course;

work on algorithms;

test tasks provided for by an individual educational card.

4.7. The teacher and the student keep an individual map, which indicates the types of work performed, consultations, and the results obtained.

4.8. Based on the analysis of the results obtained, the individual educational card can be adjusted and supplemented.

4.9. The work performed by the student according to the individual educational card is kept by the teacher and can be presented to the administration of the educational institution and parents (legal representatives).

V . Summing up the implementation of an individual educational card.

5.1. Control over the implementation of an individual educational card is assigned to the Deputy Director for SD and class teachers.

5.2. The results of the implementation of an individual educational card are taken into account when setting quarterly, semi-annual and annual marks in the subject. The results are summed up at the pedagogical council based on the results of quarters, six months.
